PvE raiding crew

Starting one PvE raiding crew in Immo guild. Idea is to raid 3-4 times a week and always do the longer raids: Uld/Naxx. We are going to try to get a lot of cool titles also. The Undying, The Immortal, etc. First we start with a 10m group.

Some simple rules: we always use ventrilo on raids, loot is distributed by Maxi in order of who needs the item more and who have got more/less items generally. If you cant pull your weight or be noob in any other way, then you get swapped to another player who wants the spot more.

Our goal is to get the best raiding team in the server.

Vacant spots:

MT: Maxi (warrior)
OT: Emtae (prot pally)
DPS1: Thegamer (mage/dk)
DPS2: Sheshe (shammy)
DPS3: Mestare (spriest)
DPS4: Dreamtheather (mage)
DPS5: Moonglow (druud)
DPS5: Tremey (lock)
MH: Overhealing (pally)
RH: Kleiraloff (druud)

Sub1(tank):
Sub2(dps):
Sub3(dps): Druidbob (feral)
Sub3(dps): Dkone (dk)
Sub4(heal):

+Gaunt (has everything)
+Tulx (whatever is needed)

I can either heal or DPS... seems as if I'll be dpsing here though since heal spots are filled.

Possible to be DPS and subheal?

Actually... Could someone tell me what the raid times are?

i need to think about it, one option is to make 2 groups, european and US/canada. I will look into it but first i want to get 1 group together

Lol if this is the euro group then remove meh... I live in Canada and will only be able to make it to groups on like weekends. (Actually spring break next week so...)

If I'm on during raid times then I can fill any roll you need. I work nights, and sleep from 0700-1600 server time, but after that I'm usually on weekdays. Thursday and Friday I'm off, so I really don't care how much sleep I do or don't get.

the raiding thingy is working a bit different then i meant it to be but its ok this way also

just ppl who want to raid know the time i will do raids and log in at that time, whoever has been more in my raids and performed well get prior in invitations.

Important is that you can use ventrilo because i dont type alot at raid times
